Users can drill to the Missing Metadata Detail report from the Metadata Fitness Widget or the Content Performance widget.
The Missing Metadata Detail report only provides details on titles where metadata is missing for fields that are tracked.
If a title has a perfect score and is missing none of the metadata fields that are tracked, those titles will not be found in this report.
This report can be used by users to isolate gaps in their metadata that need more refinement or fine tuning.

Users can use the Missing Metadata Filter to filter to specific metadata fields that are missing. For example a user can select Contributor from the filter list to filter to all active titles currently missing the contributor field.
Report Filter Options:
Below is the current list of all report filter options. Filter button is found in top right corner, filter icon.
Lost Sales YTD Filter
This filter allows users to filter to titles with missing metadata and YTD lost sales. This allows users the ability to focus or prioritize metadata corrections on titles with lost Sales.
List Type Filter
This filter allows users to filter to titles with missing metadata based on list type (Frontlist or Backlist). This allows users the ability to focus or prioritize metadata corrections on titles with future pub dates or titles that pubbed in the last 3 months or older titles.
Export Options:
Missing Metadata detail report has two export options: Excel or CVS
Sort Options:
Each field within the Missing Metadata Detail report is sortable. Click on the column header to sort in DESC or ASC order.
