The Content Performance widget can be found on the Benchmarks Tab of iQ.
This tool provides users with insights on metadata scores broken downs into three scoring buckets. Also the center of the first circle chart notes the current Metadata Score for a publisher or alpha.
NOTE: score is only based on active titles. Non active titles are not include in publisher/imprint scoring.
Due to timing, updates to a title's metadata made today, may not reflect in the system until the next day. If a metadata change is sent late in the day, then it could be up to 2 to 3 days for the change to reflect in iQ.
Score Breakdown:
- Good: Title has a Metadata Score of 90% to 100%. This means key metadata metrics are provided on a title.
- Represented in Green
- Average: Title has a Metadata Score of 70% to 89%. This means some key metadata elements are missing from a title.
- Represented in Yellow
- Poor: Title has a Metadata Score of less than 70%. This means many key metadata elements are missing from a title.
- Represented in Orange
Each of the score breakdown has a drillable link to the Missing Metadata Detail report either by clicking on a color in the left circle chart or clicking on the drill through link under each score breakdown.
This drill through takes users to the Missing Metadata Detail reporting in IQ for the selected score breakdown.
Publisher Goal
The Pub Goal in the right side of the widget provides a dynamic goal that publishers should aim to achieve with their title metadata. This is a target to help publishers compare current scores to a potential goal score. The Publishers goal is a publisher's current score +2% unless a pub has a score less that 85% then the goal defaults to 85%.
Examples:
- Pub Score = 75% Pub Goal is set to 85%
- Pub Score = 84.5% Pub Goal is set to 85%
- Pub Score = 85% Pub Goal is set to 87%
- Pub Score = 90.5% Pub Goal is set to 92.5%
- Pub Score = 100% Pub Goal is set to 100% and publisher goal is met!
Market Goal
The Market goal takes the current market metadata score average of all Ingram's publishers and adds +5% to create a market alignment goal for global metadata.
This tool is meant to be informational and help publisher compare to other Ingram Publishers and overall market goal.
Total Missing Metadata
There is a Total Missing Metadata items section that provides a total count of all missing metadata elements that are tracked on titles. Reminder this count is only based on active titles.
Tool Tips are provided in each circle chart.
