The Content Health widget on the Benchmarks tab provides users with insights into their Metadata Score history.
This widget provides a historical record of what a Publisher's metadata score was for the last 4 quarters.
This tool should be used to see if Metadata Score is improving over time or getting worse over time.
Content Heath Circle Chart:
- This chart notes the rolling 4 quarter average of a publishers overall metadata score. This chart is looking at all active titles for a publisher.
- This is a pubs current 4 quarter average score, so different than the Current overall.
- Orange in the circle chart represent avg missing score and blue represent average non-missing.
Content Health - Frontlist Circle Chart:
- This chart notes the rolling 4 quarter average of a publishers overall metadata score but just for Frontlist titles. This chart is looking at all active Frontlist titles depending on the Quarter.
- Frontlist = Future Pub Date Titles or published in the last 90 days.
- Orange in the circle chart represent avg missing score and blue represent average non-missing.
Content Health - Backlist Circle Chart:
- This chart notes the rolling 4 quarter average of a publishers overall metadata score but just for Backlist titles. This chart is looking at all active Backlist titles depending on the Quarter.
- Backlist= Published after the last 90 days.
- Orange in the circle chart represent avg missing score and blue represent average non-missing.
Content Health Table
- This table provides a snapshot of what the Publisher's overall Metadata score was at the end of each Quarter.
- Please note however that the current Quarter shown in the first column of the table would be the current Metadata score as that is the quarter we are currently in.
- The table only keeps a rolling 4 quarters so as current quarters come to a close, quarters will drop and new quarters will be added to the table. Table will always only show 4 quarters.
This Widget does not have any drill throughs to other reporting.
Reminder! Score is only based on Active Titles only. Ingram does not score on deactivated titles.
