The PO Master Widget shows a high-level summary, based on timeframe selected in the filter dropdown, of total Order Qty, Receipt Qty, Expected Qty, and Cancel Qty for Ingrams POs (Purchase Orders to Publishers).
- Order Qty: is the total quantity that Ingram Ordered from a Publisher.
- Receipt Qty: is the total quantity that Ingram has Received from a Publisher.
- Expected Qty: is the total quantity that Ingram has yet to receive. Expected Qty is based on a calculation (Expected Qty = Order Qty - Receipt Qty - Cancel Qty).
- Cancel Qty: is the total quantity from an order that has been canceled and will not be received on the PO.
PO Master Widget Includes both Open and Closed POs so users can track history.
If a user hovers over any bar in the bar chart a tool tip will be provided to the user to provide greater details.
Clicking on any bar in the bar chart will navigate the user to the PO detail report filtered down to the date range dependent on the timeframe filter selected in the widget.
