As part of an ongoing commitment to further enhance security and confidentiality of users, Ingram iQ is implementing additional requirements for ensuring stronger password protection. All users were required to reset passwords upon logging in after April 16, 2020. Users need to reset passwords with the following requirements:
Minimum 16 characters
Alpha numeric characters must be included
No part of your name or username can be included
Cannot reuse previous passwords
We recommend making passwords hard to guess but easy to remember. It can include phrases with a combination of numbers, letters (upper and lowercase) and symbols. Passwords expire every 90 days.
A second layer of security is added by selecting and answering four security questions. After May 4, 2020, users will be directed to the Update Credentials page upon logging into Ingram iQ. Please select four security questions from the drop-down and enter your answers. Resetting passwords in the future requires you to correctly answer two of your defined security questions. Passwords and security questions may be changed by clicking the down arrow to the right of your name in the top right corner and selecting Update Credentials.
